With life’s busy schedules we never have time to spend with the women that mean most to us. Take the time to enjoy 90 minutes with mom or that “like a mom” person doing SPA YOGA!
Yoga offers so many benefits and why not share that special time with that special woman in your life, mom, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, best friend….
SPA YOGA IS DESIGNED TO BE A RELAXING AND RESTORATIVE YOGA PRACTICE THAT WILL HELP YOU FEEL BETTER, DE-STRESS and BECOME MORE MINDFUL AND PRESENT.
The practice will begin with silent sitting. It will continue with some gentle movement and breath work to build strength and bring balance. A slow Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on alignment will evolve that is suitable for beginners and all levels. Restorative poses will follow offering benefits to both the body and mind, therefore making this a unique conscious mind/body relaxation period. During this time poses will be held for extended periods of time to enhance a deep meditative quality. Props will be used to support the body as it relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stress. The soothing music, hands-on assistance and a renewed awareness of self will leave you and your special someone feeling rested, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Please note that there is a minimum enrollment of three participants to constitute a class.
